Beija-Flor

This category represents natural or washed coffees from female producers, evaluated using the SCA method, scoring 82+ points, characterized by sweetness, fruitiness, caramel notes, balance, pronounced acidity, and excellent aftertaste. 

Single Origin

Coffees representing natural or washed coffees from women producers and small producers, evaluated using the SCA method, scoring 85+, sweet, fruity, balanced, with excellent acidity and an incredible aftertaste. Single-origin coffees, coffees loaded with incredible stories. 

Saí-Azul

This category represents washed coffees scored using the SCA method, typically 80-81 points, characterized by sweetness, freshness on the palate, honey notes, balance, and a delicate aftertaste. These coffees may be from a single producer or a blend of the same origin. Process: Pulped Natural. Processo Cereja Descascado. 

Coruja

This category represents washed coffees scored using the SCA method, typically 82-83 points, characterized by sweetness, freshness on the palate, chocolatey and balanced notes, excellent aftertaste, and caramel flavors. These coffees may be from a single producer or blends of the same origin. Process: Pulped Natural. 

Arara-Azul

This category represents washed coffees scored using the SCA method, characterized by 84 points, sweetness, present and positive acidity, cocoa, caramel, excellent body and aftertaste, and may be from a single producer or even blends of the same origin. Process: Pulped Natural. Processo Cereja Descascado. 

Bem-te-vi

This category represents coffees scored using the SCA method, typically 82-83 points, with caramel color, balanced sweetness, and excellent aftertaste. They can be from a single producer or blends of the same origin. Natural Process. Processo Natural.

Tucano

Categoria que representa cafés lavados sendo pontuados pelo método SCA, cafés 83 pontos, doce, acidez presente e positiva, cacu, caramelo, ótimo corpo e retrogosto, podendo ser de único produtor ou até mesmo de blends de mesma origem. Processo Cereja Descascado. 

Cardeal

Category representing coffees scored using the SCA method, including coffees with 84 points, caramel color, balanced sweetness, present acidity, long and flavorful aftertaste, fruity, and may be from a single producer or even blends of the same origin. Natural process. Processo natural.
