Beija-Flor

This category represents washed coffees scored using the SCA method, typically 80-81 points, characterized by sweetness, freshness on the palate, honey notes, balance, and a delicate aftertaste. Coruja

This category represents washed coffees scored using the SCA method, typically 82-83 points, characterized by sweetness, freshness on the palate, chocolatey and balanced notes, excellent aftertaste, and caramel flavors. Arara-Azul

This category represents washed coffees scored using the SCA method, characterized by 84 points, sweetness, present and positive acidity, cocoa, caramel, excellent body and aftertaste, and may be from a single producer or even blends of the same origin.
