I've been a Q-grader since 2016, a coffee lover, and a representative of the 5th generation of coffee producers in the Mantiqueira region of Minas Gerais. I've specialized through various courses, including classification and tasting, barista skills, roasting, roasting chemistry, controlled fermentation, the neuroscience of flavor perception, commodity trading and futures markets, among others.

I began my journey in 2015 alongside my father, Carlos Henrique Moreira Carvalho, working directly on the farm and in the production of specialty coffees.

In 2019, we founded Agrorigem – The Coffee ID with the goal of connecting producers with buyers of amazing coffees, promoting greater recognition for local producers, especially women, in the world of specialty coffees. Our startup was incubated at Inatel – the National Institute of Telecommunications – for two years, focusing on innovation in coffee marketing.

Today, we are a multilateral platform that creates new opportunities for producers to sell specialty coffees. We connect producers with roasters, strengthening the supply chain with diverse profiles and origins, and offering agility, trust, transparency, and a strong commitment to sustainable and regenerative agriculture for buyers worldwide.
